This is a dynamic position where continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence take center stage.</p><ul><li><p>Directly manage, coach, and inspire a dedicated team of warehouse operators during the permanent late shift.</p></li><li><p>Organize, assign, and monitor daily operational planning and workloads to ensure maximum efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Oversee and optimize end-to-end warehouse processes, logistical flows, and department productivity.</p></li><li><p>Guide, onboard, and provide continuous training for both new and existing team members.</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify, propose, and implement process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), safeguard quality controls, and ensure all outbound deadlines are met.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot operational issues on the floor and assist with basic HR-related processes and personnel administration.</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary point of contact during the shift and report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, stepping in to cover their responsibilities when required.</p></li></ul>
