Job description

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by identifying potential business opportunities and generating qualified leads. Your main objective is to establish first contact with prospects, assess their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other communication channels.

  • Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.

  • Schedule meetings and sales appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

  • Build, manage, and continuously develop a strong sales pipeline.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in CRM systems.

  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and increase engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to identify new target companies and decision-makers.

  • Monitor and report on outreach activities, lead generation results, and pipeline progress.

  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and commercially minded individual who enjoys interacting with people and creating new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or lead generation is an advantage but not required.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is considered a plus.

  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
