Sustainability as a
company policy

We choose green energy suppliers for our offices and invest in solar panels to generate green power for our business support center.

We created a green park around our headquarters with more than 30.000 different plants and trees functioning as a green lung for the residential neighbourhood.

We help to preserve our planet by making conscious and sustainable purchase decisions and by encouraging our suppliers to do the same. We reduce, reuse & recycle where we can.

Our appointed Sustainability Manager watches over and protects our sustainability goals and green choices.

Green on the road

Green mobility choices reduce our carbon foot print. We encourage our employees to commute by foot, by bike, by public transport or by electrical car.

We provide hybrid and electronical car leasing options and we opt for innovative electrical cars to promote our brand.

At our headquarters we provide free bicycles for our people to use and share. A bicycle budget is part of our benefit program for management positions.

Sustainability as
an office policy

In every office we visibly display the AGO Grows Green charter, a.k.a. the sustainability code we work by.

A smart energy monitoring system in all of our offices saves energy and keeps our carbon foot print in check.

Our paperless office policy saves trees. Paper is old school. We develop and use smart digital solutions for paperless recruitment. We consciously invest in sustainable innovations and the digitalization of our recruitment system and admin processes.
