Job description

Are you a meticulous and motivated employee who enjoys working in a dynamic production environment? Then this role as a Lift Operator at Special Fruit is just the job for you! As a Lift Operator, you will be responsible for the internal logistics flow of the wide and colourful range of fruit and vegetables. You will ensure that products are moved to the various production lines on time and correctly, so that the production process can run smoothly.

  • You will move the products on pallets to the correct production lines using an electric transpallet.

  • You will transport fruit and vegetables to and from the cooling cells

  • You will work with a scanner

  • You will check that the pallets are going to the correct destination.

  • You will ensure a safe and tidy workplace.

Requirements

  • You have experience of operating an electric transpallet or are willing to learn how to do so quickly.

  • You work accurately and have an eye for detail and safety.

  • You are physically capable of working in a logistics and production-oriented environment.

  • You are flexible and work well as part of a team.

  • You have no issues working in a cold environment.

  • You can work on a two-shift system.

    • 06:00 - 14:00

    • 14:00 - 22:00

  • You have your own transport to get to the company in Meer (Hoogstraten), as there is no public transport going directly to Special Fruit.

  • You speak and understand Dutch and/or English.
