Job description

As a slaughterhouse employee, you will perform one specific task within the slaughtering process, such as loin pulling. You ensure an efficient workflow, work closely together with colleagues, and contribute to a safe and high-quality production process. This role can be fully learned internally.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out an assigned task within the slaughtering process

  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow

  • Working together with colleagues to achieve production and quality targets

  • Maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene

Requirements

  • You are an early bird (starting at 5 a.m.)

  • Flexible depending on the number of slaughters

  • Persistent and willing to learn

Languages

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch
You have an excellent knowledge of French
You have an excellent knowledge of English

In this role, you will become part of 'The Backstage Crew', managing and coaching an operational team within a high-speed e-commerce and retail warehouse environment. You will be responsible for orchestrating daily tasks, driving productivity, and ensuring strict quality standards and deadlines are met.
