Job description

As a production worker, you will be involved in the daily cultivation and processing of plants and ornamental grasses. Your tasks will include:

  • Caring for and cultivating plants and ornamental grasses

  • Taking cuttings and harvesting plants

  • Preparing plants for shipment

  • Packing plants and ornamental grasses

  • Working with decorative plants for ponds, landscaping and decoration

  • Carrying out various tasks related to plant cultivation

This is an active and physically demanding job, where you will be on your feet and moving throughout the day.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with plants and greenery

  • Is physically fit

  • Is not afraid to get their hands dirty

  • Works accurately and with motivation

  • Can work independently as well as in a team

  • Has knowledge of plants and/or ornamental grasses — this is a strong advantage

  • Speaks and understands English

  • Speaks Dutch — a plus, but not a requirement

Experience in the plant sector is an advantage, but motivation and a good work ethic are equally important.

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch
You have an excellent knowledge of English
