Job description

You will start as a production worker, actively contributing to the daily production process. The work mainly involves fine motor skills and attention to detail, making accuracy and a strong focus on quality essential. The company places great importance on commitment, flexibility, and proactive thinking, and offers genuine opportunities for advancement to a Production Supervisor position for those who show initiative and are willing to take responsibility.

  • Assisting in the production of appetizer snacks

  • Packaging and inspecting finished products

  • Helping to monitor quality, hygiene, and safety standards

  • (Where applicable) Moving goods using a forklift

  • Gradually taking on more responsibility within the team

Requirements

  • You are enthusiastic, flexible, and enjoy contributing ideas

  • You are accurate and have a keen eye for detail

  • You are motivated to start in production and are eager to grow within the company

  • You speak English fluently; basic Dutch is an advantage

  • Experience in the food industry is a plus, but not required

  • Forklift experience is an additional asset
