Our client is expanding their site in Peruwelz and is looking for a Junior Logistics Employee. Do you want to join a dynamic team and handle administration as well as communication with customers and carriers? This is your chance!
Your tasks:
Welcome carriers and prepare shipping documents (CMR, delivery notes, customs paperwork).
Prepare health and export documents.
Coordinate shipments by phone with customers and carriers.
Work with various ERP systems (Dynaman, Mapa, Intris, PLDA).
Act as a link between administration and loading teams.
Handle invoicing and other administrative duties.

Requirements

Higher education diploma (Bac+3) in logistics and transport.
Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.
Available to work mornings and afternoons plus 2 Saturdays per month or night shifts.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Precise, stress-resistant, and able to work independently.
