Your main responsibilities include:
Managing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors platform (focus on Platform, Employee Central, and Compensation)
Developing and enhancing HR dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud
Ensuring data integrity through audits and regular quality checks
Supporting HR users by providing training, documentation, and ongoing guidance
Acting as a subject matter expert for all HRIS-related questions
Leading and coordinating HRIS-related projects and implementations

Requirements

You hold a master’s degree or equivalent experience in HRIS, HR analytics, or a related field
You have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Platform, Employee Central, Compensation)
You’re confident working with reporting tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud
You have a solid understanding of HR processes and HR data structures
You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
You’re a strong communicator with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
