Are you analytical and passionate about IT? Our client is looking for a Compliance & Support Employee to keep their warehouse systems and IT processes running smoothly.
Your role
You assist the technical application owner of the warehouse control system. You ensure compliance with SOX regulations, provide Level 2 IT support, and manage IT documentation. You also coordinate changes in the warehouse management system (WM6) and automation equipment.
Specifically, you will:
Work with stakeholders to improve and monitor processes.
Keep work instructions and documents up to date.
Support audits by preparing evidence and reports.
Manage change requests in IRIS and JIRA.
Coordinate testing and implementation with different teams.

Requirements

Experience in IT support, compliance, or application management.
Strong communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
Analytical and good at solving problems.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Languages

You have a good knowledge of English
