Job description

Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective pricing strategies alongside regional leaders.
Gather and analyze market data to identify and leverage pricing opportunities.
Set the right sales prices and conditions for your region and/or branches.
Handle ad hoc pricing requests from sales, purchasing, representatives, and branches, ensuring customers receive accurate pricing promptly.
Train and support pricing colleagues across the organization.
Stay current with industry knowledge through ongoing internal training.
Work mainly during evening hours to accommodate time differences, with flexible start times.
Occasionally travel short-term to the Americas region.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Economics or equivalent experience.
Excellent command of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus.
Strong analytical, logical thinking, and commercial mindset.
Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.
Excellent communication skills, flexible, and a true team player.
Structured, detail-oriented, and proficient with IT tools.
