As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you’ll play a key role in steering company-wide decisions that influence long-term growth and success.
Your Responsibilities
As a strategic partner to senior management, you’ll collaborate across departments and regions to drive impactful outcomes. You will:
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities
Develop business scenarios and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making
Analyze internal and external data to generate actionable insights
Prepare clear presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholders
Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization
Map and improve internal processes for greater efficiency and value
Support M&A activities by identifying acquisition targets and performing due diligence

Requirements

Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business development
Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving
Fluent in both English and Dutch (spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level audiences
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborative mindset with the flexibility to travel occasionally
Strategic thinker with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation

Languages

You have a good knowledge of English
You have a good knowledge of Dutch
