Job description

As Head of Finance Transformation, you will be instrumental in defining and executing a comprehensive finance strategy that drives global standardization, efficiency, and scalability. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a talented team and manage high-impact projects that align finance operations with the company’s strategic vision. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving innovation and continuous improvement across the finance organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the global finance transformation roadmap in collaboration with executive leadership.
Own end-to-end finance processes including accounts payable, receivable, consolidation, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Drive process standardization, globalization, and data integrity across multiple systems.
Manage a portfolio of transformation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Oversee technology implementations, including ERP (Oracle Cloud), FP&A tools, and automation solutions.
Champion change management initiatives to foster adoption of new processes and technologies.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements, including ESG reporting.
Develop policies, KPIs, and governance frameworks to sustain improvements and risk management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance experience with a strong focus on transformation and process improvement.
Proven leadership in managing complex finance projects and technology implementations.
Deep knowledge of finance processes and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
Experience with ERP systems (especially Oracle Cloud), FP&A tools, and finance automation technologies.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated change management and team leadership capabilities.
Fluent in English with ability to travel internationally up to 25%.
