In this role, you will be part of an international 24/7 coordination center that supports truck and bus drivers across Europe during technical breakdowns. You will join a dynamic, multicultural team where collaboration and "thinking outside the box" are essential to getting vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible.

  • Take full ownership of international breakdown cases, providing customers with peace of mind from start to finish

  • Act as the central link between the driver, the transport company, and the authorized dealer performing the repair
