Job description

  • Operational supervision of the workshop and support for the team

  • Organization and monitoring of production with strict adherence to deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a workshop, artisanal production, or technical environment

  • Strong proficiency in metalworking or a precision trade

  • A structured, independent, and quality-oriented approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team

  • Flexibility, a sense of priorities, and a sense of responsibility

  • Excellent command of French; knowledge of Dutch or English is a plus

  • Proficient with MS Office and internal tracking tools

Languages
