Job description

  • Process and follow up on technical customer complaints in SAP

  • Register and manage technical cases from initiation to completion

  • Prepare and issue invoices once technical tasks are completed

  • Coordinate communication between customers, warehouse, and transport teams

  • Organize the delivery and on-site transport of technical equipment

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and the warehouse

  • Structure and prioritize technical requests to ensure proper follow-up

  • Collaborate with international teams within the back-office environment

  • Ensure accurate administrative and operational handling of technical orders and contracts

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equal by experience

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. 

  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. German is a plus.

  • Experience with SAP is a plus.

  • You have strong organizational skills.
