Day - Full-time
Process and follow up on technical customer complaints in SAP
Register and manage technical cases from initiation to completion
Prepare and issue invoices once technical tasks are completed
Coordinate communication between customers, warehouse, and transport teams
Organize the delivery and on-site transport of technical equipment
Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and the warehouse
Structure and prioritize technical requests to ensure proper follow-up
Collaborate with international teams within the back-office environment
Ensure accurate administrative and operational handling of technical orders and contracts
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equal by experience
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. German is a plus.
Experience with SAP is a plus.
You have strong organizational skills.
