Job description

As a Line Supervisor, you are a key figure on the production floor. You ensure that activities within your area run smoothly, safely and according to quality standards. Thanks to your organizational skills and people-oriented approach, you lead your team effectively and monitor production progress.

What will you do?

  • You lead a team of approximately 20 employees and create a positive and motivating working atmosphere.

  • You make sure everyone clearly knows what needs to be done and maintain a good overview of the production floor.

  • You organize and coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient production.

  • You step in and help whenever necessary: you are a true hands-on person and lead by example.

  • You identify problems in time, look for solutions or quickly involve your manager when needed.

  • You are the first point of contact for your team and act as the link between employees and management.

  • You continuously monitor quality, safety and hygiene within your area.

Requirements

  • You are a true people manager who knows how to motivate, guide and develop a team.

  • You communicate clearly, both with your team and with management.

  • You remain calm under pressure and enjoy working towards clear goals.

  • You have a hands-on mentality: for you, being a leader also means getting involved and helping out on the floor.

  • You speak Dutch, French and/or English fluently.

  • You already have some leadership experience, or you are eager to take your first steps into a leadership role.

  • Flexibility comes naturally to you.

Languages

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch
You have an excellent knowledge of French
You have an excellent knowledge of English
