Your role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the main point of contact for customers, workshops and other parties involved. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service while ensuring that every case is followed up accurately and efficiently.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
Managing emails and providing clear and professional responses.
Gathering information and checking data for accuracy and completeness.
Providing first-line technical support and communicating with workshops.
Keeping customers and all relevant parties informed about the progress of their case.
Following up and monitoring agreements with all parties involved.
Managing contract-related issues within the agreed deadlines.
Managing several cases and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
Working hours
This is a part-time position focused mainly on weekends, combined with one weekday.
You will work:
Weekend shifts: between 08:00 and 21:00
One weekday (Monday or Friday): from 09:00 to 17:30
Flexibility regarding weekend work and the assigned weekday is essential for this position.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, communicative and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge & experience
Very good English – essential and the main working language.
Good knowledge of French.
Good knowledge of German.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Previous experience in administration, customer service or case management is a strong asset.
Technical knowledge of the automotive sector, tyres or mechanics is a plus, but not required.
No specific experience is required, as training will be provided.
