Night work
Your role
As a Night Customer Service Agent, you will be the main point of contact for customers, workshops and other parties involved in breakdown assistance. You will ensure that requests are handled efficiently and that every case is followed up accurately.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
Managing emails and providing clear and professional responses.
Gathering information and checking data for accuracy and completeness.
Providing first-line technical support and communicating with workshops.
Keeping customers and all relevant parties informed about the progress of their case.
Following up and monitoring agreements with all parties involved.
Managing contract-related issues within the agreed deadlines.
Managing several cases and requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
Taking the appropriate action in urgent or unexpected situations.
Working hours
This is a night position with a specific and attractive work schedule.
You will work:
3 nights per week
From 20:00 until 08:00
The rest of the week is free
This schedule offers a great work-life balance, with several days off during the week.
Night shifts are compensated with additional night premiums.
Flexibility regarding the three scheduled night shifts is essential for this position.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, communicative and able to multitask, while remaining calm and professional during the night.
Knowledge & experience
Very good English – essential and the main working language.
Good knowledge of French.
Good knowledge of Dutch.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Previous experience in customer service, administration or case management is a strong asset.
Technical knowledge of the automotive sector, tyres or mechanics is a plus, but not required.
No specific experience is required, as training will be provided.
