Job description

  • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting the packaging lines to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Converting machines, adjusting, and disassembling parts as needed.

  • Conducting inspections and responding quickly to technical issues (first-line intervention).

  • Working closely with forklift operators and coordinating their activities.

  • Ensuring a smooth shift handover to the next team to guarantee production continuity.

Requirements

  • Technical expertise and experience with modern machinery.

  • A keen eye for the quality process and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a cool environment of 8°C (with warm work clothes).

  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and remain calm and focused under pressure.

  • Preferably living in the Dendermonde region and looking for a job close to home.

  • You communicate fluently in Dutch or English.
