Job description

Our client is a well-established player in the extraction and processing of industrial minerals. To strengthen the Dessel cluster, they are looking for a Health & Safety Cluster Manager. You will join a multi-site industrial environment in which you will have impact on daily operations and people on the ground.

Tasks

  • Monitor and ensure H&S compliance across 5 sites

  • Conduct site visits, field observations and process checks

  • Coordinate rollout of H&S programs and training initiatives

  • Develop and improve emergency response plans and risk assessments

  • Track H&S KPIs and follow up on action plans

  • Advise and coach operations teams and site leadership

  • Collaborate with internal and international H&S stakeholders

  • Support change and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Certified Prevention Advisor Level II

  • Experience in Health & Safety within an industrial environment

  • Knowledge of industrial hygiene and machinery safety regulations

  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels

  • Hands-on mindset with strong ownership

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Willing to travel regularly between multiple sites

Languages
