Tasks
First point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions
Support onboarding and follow-up of new hires
Follow-up of employee lifecycle changes and internal mobility
Close collaboration with the external payroll partner and HR Manager
Support HR administration and ensure accurate personnel data
Contribute to smooth internal communication and employee flow
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Fluent in Dutch and French
Strong organisational and communication skills
Social, approachable and service-minded
Flexible mindset and able to manage varied HR topics
Stress-resistant and hands-on
