Job description

  • Create and update 3D models for silo, racking, and steel structure projects

  • Produce detailed technical drawings based on engineering input

  • Translate design requirements into clear and accurate 3D models

  • Support engineers with drawing updates, modifications, and technical documentation

  • Check drawings and models for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards

  • Work closely with project teams to support project delivery

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design methods and drawing quality

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or a similar technical field.

  • First experience as a CAD Designer, Mechanical Designer, Technical Designer or Design Drafter

  • Strong 3D design and 3D modelling skills ;  this is mandatory

  • Good understanding of technical drawings and mechanical design principles

  • Experience with Tekla is a strong plus, but not mandatory

  • Experience or interest in steel structures, racking systems, silos or industrial projects

  • Accuracy, curiosity and a structured way of working

  • A practical mindset and willingness to learn

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team

  • English is mandatory. Dutch or French is a plus
