Job description

For our client, a global leader in the transport and technology industry, we are looking for a Service Center Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in managing urgent logistics and special requirements within a large, international organization. You will act as the "voice of the customer," ensuring that complex orders are handled with precision and efficiency.

  • Control and manage the end-to-end process of urgent orders to ensure timely delivery.

  • Discuss and oversee special orders and specific requirements from customers.

  • Cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain.

  • Provide expert advice on logistical and commercial solutions or viable alternatives.

  • Proactively improve processes and ways of working for the benefit of both the department and the customers.

  • Use and learn new technologies and tools to support continuous process improvements.

  • Challenge the current "as-is" way of working to achieve better results.

  • Take responsibility and lead change within a cross-functional team environment.

  • Solve problems in a structured manner while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

  • You possess strong multilingual skills: proficiency in English, French, and Italian is a strict requirement.

  • Knowledge of Spanish is considered a valuable additional asset.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong service-mindedness and cultural awareness.

  • Excellent communication and networking skills to build relationships within a global organization.

  • Ability to structure and prioritize complex tasks in an efficient and organized way.

  • A proactive interest in continuous improvements and new technologies.

  • Solid knowledge of Office 365 tools; experience with SharePoint (creation/maintenance) and PowerBI is a plus.

  • You are available for a temporary assignment starting in May until the end of September, with a possibility of extension.
