Toyota Motor Europe People & Innovation team (HR) is looking for an interim to support different teams within the division
Reward:
Support preparation and coordination of the annual base salary review (BSR) cycle.
Consolidate, track, and quality-check reward-related data and inputs.
Support information gathering for salary suspensions and special cases.
Prepare standard reward letters and communications using approved templates.
Maintain trackers, documentation, and structured records for reward processes.
Provide ad-hoc administrative and data support to the Reward team.
People Engagement:
Teambuilding expense administration
PR/PO management
Inbox management
Talent Acquisition:
PR/PO management
Inbox management
Approval of internship requests in the system
Posting / un posting of internship ads in University websites
Support Internal job posting implementation by adjusting email into the system
Review of on-boarding material / communication
Catch up on missing documents.
Bachelor's degree in administration, business management, or a related discipline,
Minimum 2 year experience in an administrative area, ideally in HR
Team player
Detailed and structured
Can work independently and with limited supervision
Can work with different teams on various number of topics (flexible and versatile)
Very good knowledge of Sharepoint and Oracle
Very good level of English

Hybrid : Toyota Motor Europe in Evere and possibility for home office
