Discuss and oversee special orders and specific requirements from customers.
Cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain.
Provide expert advice on logistical and commercial solutions or viable alternatives.
Proactively improve processes and ways of working for the benefit of both the department and the customers.
Use and learn new technologies and tools to support continuous process improvements.
Challenge the current "as-is" way of working to achieve better results.
Take responsibility and lead change within a cross-functional team environment.
Solve problems in a structured manner while maintaining high service standards.
You possess strong multilingual skills: proficiency in English, French, and Italian is a strict requirement.
Knowledge of Spanish is considered a valuable additional asset.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong service-mindedness and cultural awareness.
Excellent communication and networking skills to build relationships within a global organization.
Ability to structure and prioritize complex tasks in an efficient and organized way.
A proactive interest in continuous improvements and new technologies.
Solid knowledge of Office 365 tools; experience with SharePoint (creation/maintenance) and PowerBI is a plus.
You are available for a temporary assignment starting in May until the end of September, with a possibility of extension.
A market-conform salary tailored to your experience and skills.
A temporary contract within a dynamic team characterized by a great team spirit.
A versatile position with multiple internal and external connections, from sales organizations to transport companies.
A semi-flexible working schedule to support a healthy work-life balance.
A modern office environment equipped with high-quality tools to fulfill your tasks.
The opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the transport industry at a world-class level.
