Day - Full-time
Coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments and maintains close contact with carriers, the warehouse, and our customers.
Handles all transportation paperwork: booking shipments in and out, preparing transport orders, and correctly filling out CMRs.
Carefully checks transport documents and ensures that all administrative details are correct.
Together with your colleagues, you welcome drivers at the reception desk and efficiently process their documents.
You work flexible hours on the day shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM / 10:00 AM–6:00 PM) and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You have several years of experience in a commercial office or logistics role.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, with a solid foundation in French and English.
- You're a team player who can also work independently with confidence.
- You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and have a natural talent for organization.
- Dynamic, eager to learn, and meticulous—that's you in a nutshell.
