Job description

Our team is responsible for performing the final quality checks on Honda motorcycles. Every employee receives comprehensive internal training to prepare them for the role. Your tasks will include: - Connecting motorcycle batteries - Checking and refilling engine oil - Inspecting motorcycles for scratches or damage - Performing general quality checks on assembly and finishing

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

- Experience in assembly or production

- A background in construction or technical work

- Recent graduates from technical programs

- Anyone with technical affinity and the motivation to learn - Work schedule: 2 shifts (06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00)

- English communication skills are required.

Languages

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch
You have a perfect knowledge of English

This basic principle for us is called: &ldquo;KAIZEN&rdquo; and is what guides us in our pursuit of best quality and the delivery of unparalleled customer's satisfaction.</p><p>Within the Quality Function of Toyota's European Headquarter, our team is the ultimate responsible to guarantee that the products we are introducing to the market will meet customers' expectations.&nbsp; Hence, we are responsible to audit, evaluate &amp; improve the overall quality level for European vehicle projects (from concept until start of production).</p><p>We are currently looking at supporting our quality operations related to vehicle conversion projects.</p><p><b>Your responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>You collect and study past quality concerns to understand how to prevent them in the next vehicle conversion projects&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>You define and plan the required quality improvement and audit activities for the next vehicle conversion projects together with the related stakeholders in other related departments at Toyota and conversion partners</p></li><li><p>You coordinate and roll out these quality activities throughout the different stages of the project in collaboration with the other stakeholders from quality, Toyota and conversion partner</p></li><li><p>You define and align with related projects stakeholders on the key quality performance indicators and other project mandatory deliverables, follow up these indicators and deliverables continuously and confirm their achievement during each stage/milestone of the project</p></li><li><p>You lead the audit of the converted vehicle's quality level by performing confirmation activities during development stage &amp; during pre-production stage, with support from expert auditors</p></li><li><p>You provide recommendation to the judgement authority about the readiness to release the converted vehicles to the market</p></li><li><p>You continuously look for ways to improve current working methodologies and standardise the learnings and best practises into concrete procedures</p></li></ul>
