Group description:
Parts Supply Chain Group mission is to deliver the right product (service parts, accessories and information) at the right time, through lean integrated logistics, exceeding Customer & Stakeholder expectation, with engaged members realising a sustainable future.
These parts arrive from different suppliers or plants all over the world to Diest (Belgium), where they are distributed directly to the final customer or to our Regional Depots/ National Sales and Marketing Companies.
Our Network structure staffs 1,500 Toyota members, we deliver to over 3500 garages and 44 regional warehouses within Europe, Russia and North Africa.

You will be part of the Atlas Core team:
Our Mission is to replace our current custombuild Mainframe system – moving the related parts supply chain processes to Oracle Fusion Cloud product.
Your responsibilities
Solution Owner within the ATLAS programme
Owns end-to-end solution vision, scope, and roadmap (incl. DPMM)
Accountable for business–IT alignment and value delivery across markets
Leads go-live readiness, UAT, and post-go-live stabilisation
Drives standardisation, KPI compliance, and continuous improvement
You are fluent in English (TME's business language)
You have experience in understanding of UAT and end-to-end business processes
Ability to execute UAT test cases, validate data and processes, and report defects
Able to work with test scripts, business requirements
Familiar with Jira and excel for test tracking
You have minimum 2 years of experience in UAT, testing, business support, or project delivery
Exposure to ERP or large transformation programs (e.g. finance, supply chain, HR) is a plus
Detail-oriented, structured, and quality-focused
Comfortable working with business users, IT, and system integrators
Willing to learn ATLAS processes and follow defined UAT standards
