Job description

For our client, a world-leading provider of transport solutions based in Ghent, we are looking for a customer-focused Multilingual Advisor. In this role, you act as the vital link for truck and bus drivers across Europe during technical breakdowns. You will join a diverse, 24/7 international coordination center where collaboration and proactive problem-solving are the keys to getting vehicles back on the road.

  • Take full ownership of international breakdown cases, providing customers with peace of mind from the initial call to the final solution

  • Coordinate and manage the dialogue between the driver, the transport company, and the authorized dealer performing the repair

  • Act as a dedicated communicator, providing regular progress updates to all parties involved

  • Apply a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving, thinking "outside the box" to overcome logistical challenges

  • Utilize your advanced language skills to bridge communication gaps across different European regions

  • Maintain accurate administrative records of every intervention in the internal systems
