Job description

For an international, innovative, and family-owned leader in the global footwear and fashion industry, our client is looking for a customer-oriented Customer Service Advisor. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the Account Managers and serve as the key link between international customers and internal departments. You will manage customer files from A to Z, ensuring an outstanding level of service.

  • Communicating daily with customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner via phone and email.

  • Working closely with the sales team and acting as the central interface between customers and internal departments.

  • Accurately entering, confirming, and following up on customer orders in the system.

  • Managing the dispatch and follow-up of samples, proactively monitoring every step of the customer journey.

  • Coordinating delivery arrangements and strictly monitoring delivery deadlines.

  • Monitoring customer credit limits and financial statuses.

  • Handling and following up on complaints with empathy, offering solution-driven outcomes.

  • Building and maintaining a deep understanding of the customer database.

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.

  • Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written); knowledge of Dutch or another European language is a plus.

  • First successful professional experience in a similar customer service or commercial back-office role.

  • Strong organizational talent, commercial flair, and a proactive mindset.

  • Customer-centric, solution-oriented, and highly communicative.

Languages

You have a perfect knowledge of English
