What You'll Do:
Independently prepare and finish refined, plant-based dishes.
Participate actively during service, focusing on quality, speed, and presentation.
Take ownership of part of the kitchen (cold or hot section).
Ensure order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the kitchen team and provide input on dish development.
At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
Experience with meat, fish, vegetables, and desserts.
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
Works hygienically, in an organized manner, and according to food safety standards.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Cost-conscious and handles ingredients with care.
You speak good English.
Flexible (day shifts and weekends).
