Job description

As an Operator, you are an important part of the production process. You independently start up the production line and are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and keeping the machine running that produces sausages, cordon bleu, meat rolls, and other products on a daily basis. During product changes or at the end of the working day, you assemble and disassemble small machine parts.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Starting up and operating production equipment

  • Setting up and monitoring machines during production

  • Performing small assembly and disassembly tasks during product changes

  • Carrying out first-line maintenance in case of malfunctions and reporting more complex issues to technicians

  • Monitoring cleanliness, food safety, and personal safety

Requirements

  • Experience operating machines is a plus, but motivated candidates can be trained internally

  • Responsible and quality-conscious, with attention to detail

  • Willing to work in cold production environments

  • Flexible regarding different starting hours: 05:00 or 08:00

  • Eager to learn and motivated to grow within the company

Languages

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch
You have an excellent knowledge of French
You have an excellent knowledge of English
