Job description

Voor onze klant, een snelgroeiende speler in de logistieke sector, met expertise in weg- en intermodaal transport, distributie, opslag van goederen en tankcontainerlogistiek, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven teamlead(st)er voor de vestiging in Evergem (Rieme) om de expansie te ondersteunen. Als Teamleid(st)er ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, coördineren, efficiënt plannen en delegeren van taken binnen het magazijn.
Jouw taken:
- Je fungeert als mentor en coach voor een team van ongeveer 10 warehouse operators en stimuleert het beste in hen naar boven te halen.
- Je communiceert de werkrichtlijnen helder en duidelijk, en zorgt ervoor dat deze worden begrepen en nageleefd.
- Je waarborgt strikte naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, gezondheidsnormen, en handhaving van orde en netheid. Daarnaast neem je deel aan voorraadtellingen, kwaliteitscontroles en onderhoud je contacten met verschillende afdelingen.
- Je bent proactief in het bedenken van verbeteringen en bespreekt jouw bevindingen met het management.
- Je rapporteert aan de Supervisor en neemt diens taken waar bij diens afwezigheid.

Requirements

- Je hebt leiderschapsvaardigheden en begrijpt dat je een rolmodel bent.
- Samenwerking is voor jou van groot belang.
- Je bent een enthousiaste werknemer die resultaatgericht is en een flexibele instelling heeft.
- Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Engels en Nederlands.
- Je hebt een certificaat voor het bedienen van een heftruck.
- Je wenst ook nog meewerkend te zijn in het magazijn.
- Je kan goed overweg met computerprogramma's zoals MS Office en WMS.
- Je kan werken in een 2 ploegensysteem (6u-14u en 14u-22u).
- Je kan zelfstandig in Evergem geraken.

Languages

You have a good knowledge of Dutch
You have an excellent knowledge of English

For a distribution center near Sint-Niklaas, we are looking for a Quality Engineer. You will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all products and processes in the distribution center, aligned with corporate requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.<br />You will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of our products is guaranteed by focusing on temperature management processes (to be in line with inbound shipping, outbound shipping, and storage temperature requirements) and inspections related to regulatory requirements such as MDR/IVDR/Swiss regulations, UK regulations...<br />You will collaborate with other departments (such as supply chain, manufacturers, business units, regulatory affairs…) and will also be leading/participating in various quality assurance projects in line with, but not limited to, temperature management and MDR/IVDR regulations.
