Job description

  • Operational supervision of the workshop and support for the team

  • Organization and monitoring of production with strict adherence to deadlines

  • Quality control of finished parts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a workshop, artisanal production, or technical environment

  • Strong proficiency in metalworking or a precision trade

  • A structured, independent, and quality-oriented approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team

  • Flexibility, a sense of priorities, and a sense of responsibility

  • Excellent command of French; knowledge of Dutch or English is a plus

  • Proficient with MS Office and internal tracking tools

It's 2 outbound logistics roles covers; providing direct overnight supply to &gt;600 Toyota dealers in local region, and supporting the 13 European Regional Distribution Centres to ensure a consistent high level of Just In Time service to all NMSC's and Toyota dealers within Europe and our final customers beyond.</p><p><b>&nbsp;</b></p><p><b><u>Your responsibilities:</u></b></p><p><b>&nbsp;</b></p><p>Responsible for the procurement and inventory control of parts and accessories sourced from local suppliers. </p><ul><li>Analyze stock and service levels. Initiate necessary improvement actions to meet our customers' service expectation in line with targets for key KPI's :<p>- follow up allocation Service Rate to Toyota customers</p><p>- solve backorders to Toyota customers</p><p>&bull; Respond to customer complaints in a professional way</p><p>&bull; Improve supplier performance.&nbsp; Create &amp; follow up actions plans with supplier to cover any gap to target, using the TPS (Toyota Production System) philosophy and Toyota problem solving approach:</p><p>- Create/map/review &amp; improve processes</p><p>- Understand abnormalities caused by supplier in our warehouse.
