Job description

As a butcher, you are responsible for cutting, processing, and preparing different pork meat cuts. Thanks to your craftsmanship and accuracy, you contribute to an efficient production process and high-quality products.

  • Cutting and processing pork meat

  • Deboning and trimming different meat cuts

  • Working with knives and professional equipment

  • Monitoring quality and yield

  • Working according to hygiene and safety regulations

  • Collaborating with colleagues in the production environment

Requirements

  • Experience as a butcher or relevant experience in meat processing is a plus

  • Good knife skills and attention to quality

  • You are motivated and work accurately

  • You are physically able to work in a production environment with pork meat

  • You enjoy working in a team

Languages

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch
You have an excellent knowledge of French

<p>As part of the Product Development Compliance team, you ensure that both new and existing products are tested, verified, and approved in accordance with the strict requirements. You define and maintain test plans, evaluate test results, and remain actively involved in technical product improvements throughout the development process. In this role, you safeguard and confirm the technical compliance of all products within the RV business line, including awnings, bike racks, steps, and soft goods (tents and panels).</p><p>Role and tasks</p><ul><li><p>You establish and maintain test procedures, ensuring full alignment with the Test Code.</p></li><li><p>You develop and/or execute the required tests to demonstrate safety and conformity of components and finished products.</p></li><li><p>You perform testing on prototypes and existing products with the aim of improving quality, and provide technical input for product improvements based on test outcomes.</p></li><li><p>You define and manage test plans within product development projects.</p></li><li><p>You monitor incoming test requests and coordinate planning accordingly.</p></li><li><p>You own the RV test center and drive continuous improvements to ensure compliance with defined procedures and testing standards. You also define and justify required investments to the Product Development Leader.</p></li><li><p>You act as the main point of contact for the Test Center and build strong working relationships with external laboratories and knowledge centers.</p></li><li><p>You plan and coordinate testing activities both within the Test Center and with external partners.</p></li><li><p>You provide technical support to internal stakeholders such as sales, product management, production, and process engineering.</p></li><li><p>You manage and coordinate projects related to the responsibilities above.</p></li><li><p>You ensure all test reports are properly stored and accessible within the PLM system.</p></li><li><p>You stay up to date with relevant standards and ensure test methods remain current and compliant.</p></li><li><p>You are an active member of the compliance team.</p></li></ul>
