Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor recall and outreach effectiveness
Regularly track and follow up on national recall performance, highlighting risks and gaps
In close collaboration with parts supply teams, develop and maintain forward‑looking forecasts for remedy parts demand
Maintain and annually update databases covering outstanding vehicles and recall status
Standardise data inputs to ensure accurate, consistent, and up‑to‑date vehicle information
Improve operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks using available Microsoft tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Power Automate)
Support management in promoting and deploying the Toyota Pan‑European Outreach programme
Analyse outreach effectiveness (letters, campaigns, authority actions) and translate insights into targeted action plans to increase repair completion rates
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pan‑European Outreach strategies by sharing best practices and lessons learned across markets
You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe's business language)
You have experience working effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment
You possess solid basic project management skills, including task planning, prioritisation, and structured follow‑up
You are comfortable working with medium‑sized datasets in a structured and accurate manner and have strong digital and data skills:
Data Handling: basic knowledge of SQL (queries, filtering, joining, data checks) or Basic experience in Python (especially for data manipulation using Pandas). Also strong skills in Excel, including: Power Query, Pivot Tables, Data cleaning and transformation processes
Visualization: ability to build structured, clear dashboards in Power BI
Automation: practical experience with Power Automate for creating workflows. Ability to set up automated notifications, file processing tasks, and basic integrations
You communicate in a clear, precise, and transparent way
You are confident interacting with multiple stakeholders across different functions and markets
You are a strong team player who collaborates constructively with others
You are able to work efficiently under occasional pressure and short deadlines
