Our customer is seeking a Facility Coordinator to manage and maintain our large-scale logistics centers across Europe. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our facilities and technical installations.<br />Key responsibilities:<br />- Oversee preventive and remedial maintenance for buildings, machines, and installations.<br />- Manage and implement asset management systems and inventory for facilities.<br />- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards (ISO 14001, ISO 27001, etc.).<br />- Coordinate vendor performance, conduct audits, and manage technical service contracts.<br />- Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets and KPIs.<br />- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support logistics operations.

Your tasks include, among others:<br />Picking orders and preparing them for shipment<br />Internal transport of goods<br />Ensuring everything runs smoothly You will start in one department and gradually learn the entire process.
