Then we are looking for you to support us in the organization of activities encouraging all Toyota members to embrace the Toyota Way and improve the quality of their work for the benefit of our customers.<br />Your Responsibilities<br />- Plan, organize and support annual event(s) such as Quality Month and Re-Start Day within the Toyota Motor Europe group<br />- Demonstrate your creativity by injecting & implementing ideas to enhance the event as well the visitor experience of our Quality Learning Centre.<br />- Support our administrator team to complete daily administrative tasks to support the department/ division. (efficiency improvement projects).<br />- Support the team by developing inspiring and engaging materials to allow clear and consistent communication of the Toyota Quality values and methods

Toyota Connected Europe, located in London, serves as the technological solutions provider. On the other hand, Toyota Connected Technologies, headquartered in Brussels, takes responsibility for devising, planning, and executing the European strategy for connected, multimedia, and mobility services.<br />Toyota Connected Technologies Division has a clear focus on the Car of Tomorrow.<br />Your responsibilities<br />- Support Toyota’s data privacy protection for connected cars in Europe.<br />- Support in the design of a strategy and direction for connected car data protection from a business and customer-centric perspective with a clear vision and roadmap.<br />- Establish a compliance program for Connected Technologies to ensure privacy-by-design and GDPR compliance for all projects of Connected Technologies.<br />- Conduct privacy impact assessments for new products, features, and services to identify and mitigate privacy risks.<br />- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate privacy-by-design principles into the development lifecycle.<br />- Communicate with relevant stakeholders for privacy projects and be able to understand all the technical and functional requirements.<br />- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on privacy-related matters, including data collection, processing, and sharing practices.<br />- Monitor changes in privacy laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance and adaptation of privacy programs.<br />- Collaborate with legal counsel and external consultants as needed to address complex privacy issues and ensure alignment with legal requirements.<br />- Define & provide training on why/how/when we use vehicle data within Toyota organisation, the National Marketing and Sales Companies, retailers.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:<br />Orderpicken en verzendklaar maken van bestellingen<br />Intern transport van goederen<br />Mee zorgen dat alles op wielen loopt.<br />Je start op één afdeling en leert stapsgewijs het hele proces kennen. Toyota Motor Europe Corporate Communications acts as an antenna and communicator for the company external relations. It has a vision to enhance Toyota’s reputation in Europe through collaborative relationships with external stakeholders (for example - international and national media, NGOs, customers). In pursuit of this we want to achieve the recognition that Toyota is a company that cares about people, society and the future.<br />Against this backdrop the Corporate Communications function must define & implement relevant strategy and plans to protect and enhance TOYOTA’s reputation, and positively project it into chosen areas of new activity. (1) Develop and implement External Communication activities, focusing on core corporate pillars: Environment, Safety, Electrification and Future of Mobility. (2) Crisis Management to protect our corporate reputation.<br />Your responsibilities<br />- Key role in the development of PR communication materials (press releases, Q&As, social content, press kits, pictures and video material)<br />- Prepare presentations and scripts for speak outs.<br />- Develop corporate materials for owned (Newsroom & Corporate Website) and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter)<br />- Update and share regular reports for distribution within the organisation.<br />- Support the organisation of press events and interviews with Toyota Motor Europe executives.<br />- Monitor and assess media coverage in Europe<br />- Help local Toyota entities answer media enquiries (information, assets, interviews, visits, etc)
