This basic principle for us is called: “KAIZEN” and is what guides us in our pursuit of best quality and the delivery of unparalleled customer's satisfaction.Within the Quality Function of Toyota's European Headquarter, our team is the ultimate responsible to guarantee that the products we are introducing to the market will meet customers' expectations.  Hence, we are responsible to audit, evaluate & improve the overall quality level for European vehicle projects (from concept until start of production).We are currently looking at supporting our quality operations related to vehicle conversion projects.Your responsibilitiesYou collect and study past quality concerns to understand how to prevent them in the next vehicle conversion projects You define and plan the required quality improvement and audit activities for the next vehicle conversion projects together with the related stakeholders in other related departments at Toyota and conversion partnersYou coordinate and roll out these quality activities throughout the different stages of the project in collaboration with the other stakeholders from quality, Toyota and conversion partnerYou define and align with related projects stakeholders on the key quality performance indicators and other project mandatory deliverables, follow up these indicators and deliverables continuously and confirm their achievement during each stage/milestone of the projectYou lead the audit of the converted vehicle's quality level by performing confirmation activities during development stage & during pre-production stage, with support from expert auditorsYou provide recommendation to the judgement authority about the readiness to release the converted vehicles to the marketYou continuously look for ways to improve current working methodologies and standardise the learnings and best practises into concrete procedures

Manufacturing Quality department is a dynamic team promoting the built-in quality at our European factories. It is a team consisting of specialists in manufacturing quality and auditing the plants manufacturing and quality departments.Your responsibilitiesManage the budget process & visualise the budget consumption of the teamControl the departments Sharepoint sites & KPI visualisation tools.Lead/support events/projects from admin viewpointDemonstrate your creativity by injecting / implementing idea's and proposals to promote the Toyota Quality Mindset within TMEs and EMCsAct as a team player in our administrator team to complete daily administrative tasks to support the department / division.Take an active role in the motivational team activities
