You play a crucial role in managing the team in the packaging department and ensure that production runs smoothly.

Requirements

Coordinating and directing staff in the packaging department to ensure production targets are met
Performing quality checks on packed products to ensure they meet required standards
Performing conversion work on packaging machine to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum downtime
Training and mentoring new colleagues to ensure they integrate quickly into the team and acquire the required skills
Collaborating with other departments such as production, quality control and logistics to ensure seamless and efficient operation of the entire production process
