Requirements

Setting up, adjusting and preparing production lines according to production planning and specifications
Coordinating the supply of raw or packaging materials to ensure continuous production
Managing, motivating and coaching production staff to promote optimal performance and teamwork
Carrying out regular quality checks and taking corrective action when necessary to comply with quality standards and food safety regulations.
Record production data and report any deviations to the production manager.
Actively participate in improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and safety on the production lines
Actively participate in the weekly planning meeting
