Job description

As a Team Leader, you are the key figure within your team.
You are responsible for organizing the daily warehouse activities and ensuring that your team works efficiently, safely, and with motivation.
You will work in a rotating shift system, meaning you will lead the early shift at times and the late shift at others.
You will be employed by the Distrilog Group, but more specifically, you will work for our company ECOMLOG.
YOUR TASKS:
You provide daily supervision for a team of approximately 25 warehouse employees.
You assign tasks and monitor their execution.
You solve operational issues and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
You ensure safety, order, and cleanliness in the warehouse.
You work on the floor when needed – hands-on is your style.
You report to the Assistant Site Manager and contribute ideas for improvement.

Requirements

You have experience in a logistics environment, preferably as a team leader or in a coordinating role.
You are a natural leader and a true motivator.
You work in a multicultural environment, so you communicate fluently in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and pay attention to safety and quality.
You are flexible and enjoy working in the fixed late shift.
Physical work does not scare you.

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch
You have a very good knowledge of French
You have a good knowledge of English
