Maintenance Manager (Willebroek)

For their production site in Willebroek, our client is looking for a Maintenance Manager. You will ensure that all technical installations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You manage problems quickly and support your team to deliver top results. Strategic thinking and hands-on action go hand in hand in this role.
Your responsibilities
Develop and implement a smart maintenance strategy
Monitor safety and ensure compliance with strict standards
Solve technical issues proactively and permanently
Lead, coach, and grow a skilled maintenance team
Work closely with departments like production and engineering

Requirements

Experience in a leadership role within a technical or industrial setting
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach
Strong communication in both Dutch and English
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
A technical degree (preferably electromechanics) at bachelor’s or master’s level
