Job description

Are you ready to take on a new challenge and make a real impact?
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will drive growth and strengthen customer relationships in the Netherlands and Nordic region. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong partnerships, and contribute to the expansion of a well-established international player in the flooring and interior sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for your region, in line with overall company objectives.
Build and maintain close relationships with key customers to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Monitor budgets, sales volumes, revenues, pricing, delivery times, and take proactive measures when needed.
Expand the customer base across retail, wholesale, and contract markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and ensure successful prospection.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product and market development.
Increase brand visibility in the region by leveraging marketing tools and attending professional fairs and events.
Provide close follow-up and support for key accounts (KAM).
Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve strong results.
Report weekly to the Global Sales Director and actively contribute during international sales meetings.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the flooring, interior, or contract sector.
Proven ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player.
Ambitious, result-driven, and dynamic mindset.
Strong organizational, planning, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on mentality with a structured and proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Willingness to travel daily within the Netherlands and regularly to the Nordics.
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
