Job description

As a Junior Logistics Planning Analyst, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries, helping customers receive outstanding service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with a defined set of suppliers.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of parts to the distribution center.
Monitor and track supplier performance against agreed delivery targets.
Collaborate with internal teams such as transportation, procurement, and engineering to resolve issues and optimize processes.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in the supply chain.
Educate and hold suppliers accountable to meet challenging business objectives.
Support inventory management tasks, including stock tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
Assist with materials handling processes, including receiving, packaging, and shipping of inventory items.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help implement best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights.
Basic knowledge of inventory management, materials handling, and logistics processes.
Problem-solving mindset, able to identify issues and resolve them in a structured manner.
Team player who collaborates effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
Accuracy, accountability, and a strong focus on achieving results.

Languages

You have a very good knowledge of English
