Job description

Are you excited about working with high-tech automated systems and ensuring smooth production flow? Join our client’s team as an Automated Line Operator and play a crucial role in the operations, helping maintain efficiency and quality in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Your Role:
Operate and oversee advanced automated equipment, ensuring consistent, uninterrupted production.
Manage automated lot processing and assist with clean room logistics.
Maintain the accuracy and efficiency of tools as a certified operator, following clear guidelines and procedures.
Respond effectively under pressure, reaching out for support when needed.
Swiftly detect and report malfunctions or technical issues to Engineering or First Line Support (FLS).
Adhere strictly to safety and operational protocols to ensure a safe, productive environment.
Communicate clearly in English, actively participating in shift handovers.
Keep the workspace organized and tidy, following 5S standards.

Requirements

Experience in an operations environment or a similar field is preferred but not essential – we value potential.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Proficient in English.

Languages

You have a very good knowledge of English

Join our client on a 6-month temporary assignment (potential for extension) as part of a team shaping tomorrow's technology.

Work Regime: Full time, Shift Rotation
Example Shift Schedule:
Week X: Early shift (06:15 – 14:15) Monday to Friday.
Week X+1: Night shift (21:45 – 06:30) Monday to Friday.
Week X+2: Late shift (14:00 – 22:00) Monday to Wednesday, followed by recuperation on Thursday and Friday, then working 12-hour shifts (06:30 – 18:30) on Saturday and Sunday.
Week X+3: Recuperation Monday to Wednesday, followed by the late shift (14:00 – 22:00) on Thursday and Friday.
Week X: Early shift (06:15 – 14:15) Monday to Friday.
