Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central contact point for all website-related topics within the international group.
Manage and coordinate website projects with external agencies and internal IT teams, ensuring smooth integration with systems like PIM, DAM, and CRM.
Oversee technical performance, address issues proactively and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Develop and implement SEO optimization strategies in collaboration with marketing colleagues across different markets.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns through coordinated website updates.
Deliver technical training and create online learning resources for international colleagues.
Monitor and analyze website and SEO performance, and conduct market benchmarks.
Contribute to the long-term online strategy and help shape data-driven marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, IT or a related field.
Several years of experience in a technical digital/online environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proven knowledge of Drupal CMS and website optimization practices.
Familiar with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media integrations.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (additional languages are an asset).
Strong affinity for improving online customer experience and optimizing digital journeys.
Analytical, hands-on, and resilient under pressure.
Passion for leveraging data to support marketing and sales efficiency.
