Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant with customs knowledge to strengthen their logistics team.
Your role
As an Administrative Assistant, you ensure the accurate and timely handling of customs and transport documents. You keep administration in order and communicate clearly with customers and internal departments. You also manage damage and repair files and ensure goods reach their destination without issues. With your organizational skills, everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

Experience in an administrative role.
Basic knowledge of customs formalities and import/export is a strong asset.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (both spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Navision is a plus.
Independent, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

Languages

You have a good knowledge of French

You have a good knowledge of English
