You'll be part of a fast-paced and multilingual contact center where your communication skills, empathy, and sense of urgency play a crucial role in keeping transport moving.- Handle incoming assistance requests from international customers experiencing roadside vehicle breakdowns.- Take ownership of each case by coordinating with local service providers and technicians until the issue is resolved.- Maintain constant communication with both the customer and service partner, providing regular updates and reassurance.- Think on your feet and apply a proactive approach to problem-solving, often finding creative solutions under time pressure.- Be an integral part of a tight-knit, multilingual team that thrives on collaboration and mutual support.- Operate within a 24/7 environment, where teamwork and flexibility are essential to ensuring seamless customer experiences.
